I have always loved the book Little Women, and have always really admired Louisa May Alcott. One of the many privileges of living in Massachusetts is the rich history, especially when it comes to literature and art. One day I asked Abigail (@abigail.seabrook on IG) to join me at the Orchard House for a tour. I immediately fell in love, and felt a deep rooted connection not only to the space but to Louisa herself and the energy that she left there. It was no question for Abigail and I, we both knew we had to create meaningful art here in some way, and what better way to honor Louisa’s memory than to recreate Little Women with a photoshoot at the place where the idea of the book was born!
